The room also boasts a cozy fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Located on the second floor, access to this room is via stairs, as there is no elevator.

This very unique two-story suite accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring a luxurious king bed for 2 and a cozy pullout sofa bed for 2 additional guests. 3 or more guests will be charged an additional fee.. The suite offers a charming living space upon entry, complete with a comfortable pullout sofa. A walk downstairs brings you to the large private bedroom with a king-sized bed with a flatscreen TV. Adjacent to the room, there is access to an equally large bathroom which includes brand new (2024) glass enclosed shower, beautiful Italian tile and luxury modern fixtures. This suite is located on the second floor which is accessed via stairs, as there is no elevator.
Edward's Study
This beautiful suite accommodates up to 2 guests where you can relax in the gorgeous carved oak king sized bed. This room includes a library motif which features an array of antiques that can be enjoyed in the sitting area of the suite. This room also offers guests a brand new (2024) bathroom with walk-in shower, stunning Italian tile and modern fixtures.. The suite is located on the second floor, which is accessed via stairs as there is no elevators in the hotel. Please note, this room does not accommodate rollaway beds due to fire regulations.
Miss Dorothy's Room

Renovated in 2024, the incredibly spacious bathroom features an extra-deep two-person tub, a separate walk-in shower, dual sinks, and stunning Italian tile throughout. The sitting area includes a charming fireplace, making it the perfect honeymoon retreat. Located on the second floor, access is via stairs as there is no elevator.
Avon Loft
This intimate room accommodates up to 2 guests and is one of our smallest accommodations. This charming suite offers a relaxing Queen-sized bed and a brand new (2024) private walk-in shower, gorgeous Italian tile and modern fixtures . This bright and petite loft features a faux balcony with a grand view of the front garden, enhancing its quaint appeal. Situated on the second floor, please note that access is via two and a half flights of narrow stairs, and there is no elevator. Due to fire department regulations, this room is too small to accommodate rollaway beds.
Stratford Loft
This cozy, light-filled room accommodates up to 2 guests. As one of our smallest accommodations, this quaint retreat offers a relaxing Queen-sized bed with a private walk-in shower. This room also includes a small walk-in closet, providing enough space for your stay. Situated on the second-and-a-half floor, please note that access is via narrow stairs, and there is no elevator. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with two king beds, a pull-out sofa, and the option of adding two rollaway beds. 3 or more guests will be charged an additional fee. Located on the first floor, the suite boasts a large open plan featuring a beautiful original brick fireplace.The newly renovated bathroom offers a beautiful walk-in shower and large Italian tile floors. Guests can also enjoy direct access to the patio. Accessible via a few steps, this suite is bright, airy, and incredibly spacious, making it ideal for multiple couples or an extended stay.
